模板拆除新规范

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 梁、柱、墙侧模板应在混凝土浇筑后夏季不少于12小时、冬季不少于48小时后拆除。需提前拆除时应进行试拆模，在监理单位确认不影响混凝土外观质量的前提下，方可拆除。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 1.非承重模板(墙、柱、梁侧模)拆除时，结构混凝土强度宜不低于1.2Mpa，以能保证砼表面及棱角不受损坏，承重模板(底模)的拆模时间应符合设计要求，当无具体要求时，砼强度应符合下表规定。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2.对于框架柱模板及墙侧模板，可在砼终凝，并养护94小时后，砼强度不小于1.2Mpa后拆除。侧模拆除后，柱墙面上立即围盖湿麻布袋，加强砼的养护。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 3.拆模顺序为后支先拆，先支后拆，先拆非承重模板，后拆承重模板。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 4.拆除跨度较大的梁底模时，应先从跨中开始，再向两端。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 5.拆模时不要用力过猛过急，拆下来的模板及钢管要及时运走、整理。 </p>
