<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 科技日报讯 （记者孙瑜）记者10月16日获悉，由中国铁建股份有限公司承建的全国装配率最高的地铁运营线路——深圳地铁16号线二期近日开通试运营深圳地铁16号线二期工程全线长9.54公里，起自大运站（不含），终至园山西坑站，共设8座车站，新建1座停车场。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">该线路是粤港澳大湾区首批装配式试点地铁线路，有3座全装配式车站 与传统施工模式不同，装配式施工在预制厂提前生产车站构件，再运至现场像“搭积木”一样拼装深铁集团有关负责人指出，相比传统现浇模式，装配式车站具有更安全、更优质、更高效、更绿色等优势。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">铁建南方公司深圳地铁16号线二期项目经理左杜平介绍，在项目建设过程中，3座装配式车站节省钢材800吨、木材600立方米，减少建筑垃圾90%，碳排放降低30% 针对装配式车站施工过程中长度超22米、重量达128.8吨的“巨无霸”构件吊装难题，中国铁建自主研发“180吨门式起重机+分离式拼装台车”等工装设备，可在空中对预制构件进行旋转和姿态微调，实现毫米级精准拼装。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">项目研发的单开及交叉渡线道岔轨道装配式技术，打破了国内城市轨道交通道岔20余年现浇混凝土的传统模式，轨道装配率达到98% 深圳地铁16号线二期项目在建设过程中还积极运用智能化数字化技术项目团队创新引入“基于BIM的机电工程数字化建造技术”，全面应用装配式机房技术，实现了设备、管道和支架构件的预制加工和现场快速装配，工效提升10倍。</p>
