<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2023年前11个月，特斯拉上海超级工厂交付超85万辆电动汽车，同比增长30%，这里已经成为特斯拉在全球主要的出口中心，电动汽车热销亚太、欧洲等海外地区。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">特斯拉的选择是中国优化营商环境、大力吸引外资的印证。中国贸促会发布的《2023年第三季度中国外资营商环境调研报告》显示，八成以上受访外资企业对中国营商环境的评价为满意以上。据中国商务部统计，今年前11个月，中国新设立外商投资企业48078家，同比增长36.2%。</p>
