<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">双面胶带是以纸、布、塑料薄膜为基材，再把弹性体型压敏胶或树脂型压敏胶均匀涂布在上述基材上制成的卷状胶粘带，是由基材、胶粘剂、隔离纸（膜）三部分组成。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">根据胶性可分为溶剂型胶粘带(油性双面胶)、乳液型胶粘带（水性双面胶）、热熔型胶粘带、压延型胶粘带、反应型胶粘带。具有耐高温、耐溶剂，抗老化，粘性好等特性，性能稳定可靠。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">1、PET基材双面胶：耐温性好、抗剪切性强，一般长期耐温100-125℃，短期耐温150-200℃，厚度一般为0.048-0.2MM，适合于铭板、LCD、装饰品、装饰件的粘接。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2、无纺布基材双面胶：黏性及加工性好，一般长期耐温70-80℃，短期耐温100-120℃，厚度一般为0.08-0.15MM，适合于铭板，塑胶之贴合，汽车，手机，电器，海绵，橡胶，标牌 ，纸品，玩具等行业，家电和电子仪器零件组装，显示屏镜片。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">3、无基材双面胶：具有优良的粘合效果能防止脱落与优异的防水性能，加工性好、耐温性好，短期可耐温204-230℃，一般长期耐温120-145℃，厚度一般为0.05-0.13MM，适合于铭板、面板、装饰件的粘接。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">4、泡棉双面胶：指在发泡泡棉基材两面涂上强粘丙烯酸胶粘剂，然后一面覆上离型纸或离型膜而成的一种双面胶，如果两面都覆上离型纸或离型膜称之为夹心双面胶纸，做成夹心双面胶主要是为了方便双面胶冲型。泡棉双面胶具有粘着力强、保持力佳、防水性能好、耐温性强、防紫外线能力强的特性。发泡泡棉基材分为：EVA泡棉、PE泡棉、PU泡棉、压克力泡棉及高发泡。胶系分为：油胶、热溶胶、橡胶及压克力胶。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">5、热熔胶膜：具有良好的一致性、均匀的粘接厚度，不含溶剂，易加工，对很多物体有良好的粘接性，厚度为0.1MM，颜色为半透明/琥珀色，热熔软化温度116-123℃。适用于铭牌、塑料、五金件的粘接，在不平整物体表面粘接也可获得好的效果，建议初始粘接条件为：温度132-138℃，粘接时间1-2秒，压力为10-20磅/平方寸。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 优点：抗老化、耐候性、耐温性、在高温下具有更高的抗剪切力、对极性表面具有良好的粘接力;</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 缺点：起始剥离强度低、成本高、对非极性表面的粘接力较低;</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2、天然橡胶</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 优点：在高温下具有更高的抗剪切力、与各种表面均可粘贴、良好的初粘力;</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 缺点：较高成本、抗老化性差、抗溶剂性差;</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">3、合成橡胶</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 优点：低成本、对各种材料均具有良好的粘接力;</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 缺点：耐温性差、耐老化性差、耐候性差;</p>
