<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">据了解，此处违章建筑位于荷塘路76号1单元楼梯间公区内，总面积超过4平方米。该违建为小区前物业违规合围搭建，并私自交给楼栋某户业主使用，属于侵占公区行为，存在严重的消防安全隐患。社区了解此情况后，立即对涉及违法建筑的当事人进行普法宣传和思想工作，解释违法建筑的相关法律法规和拆除的必要性。经过多次的宣传教育工作，当事人最终同意并主动配合违建的拆除行动。</p>
