    <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">当天上午，太阳宫科技文化创业大厦项目举行主体封顶仪式。北京市朝阳区太阳宫乡乡长陈鹏、副乡长林斌，太阳宫乡合作经济联合社社长石卫东，双全投资控股集团有限公司总裁王伟斌、副总裁于炎志，北京双全房地产开发公司董事长张建伟，北京新纪房地产开发公司董事长康兰晶，集团公司董事长、总经理秦树东、常务副总经理张金峰出席封顶仪式。</p>

    <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">项目自2021年4月20日开工以来，项目部始终坚持“优化施工方案，安全质 量并重，精心精细管理”的理念，广泛应用多项创新技术，在基坑降水期间，项目采用了“有水即抽，无水即停”的气动降水技术；墙柱竖向构件全部采用强度更高、周转次数多、经济效益好的钢框木模板，施工过程中通过优化已有的独立框架柱钢框木模板紧固方式来提升施工效率和一次验收合格率；电梯井、管井作业平台均采用自卡式钢结构平台。此外，项目在抓材料进场验收、抓过程工序验收、抓现场绿色安全施工的基础上，积极应用BIM技术和智慧工地模块来提升施工现场技术质量、安全管理水平。在结构施工期间，穿插二次结构、装饰装修、机电安装工程，在保质量、保安全的前提下，全速推进项目建设。</p>
