                <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">二期工程：新建1座总面积4700m2的市政预制构件（台模）生产车间，购置搅拌系统、固定台座振动装置等台模生产设备，并配套相应环保措施；公用、辅助工程依托一期工程。</p>
                <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">一、大气污染防治措施</p>
                <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">堆场扬尘、装卸扬尘：骨料堆存于全封闭原料库内，库地面全部硬化，安装覆盖整个堆场的喷淋装置；一、二期工程生产线粉尘：通过风量2800m3 /h的布袋除尘器排气筒排放；一期工程沥青烟、苯并芘：经电捕焦油器捕集后，通过活性炭吸附装置处理，处理后经排气筒排放。</p>
                <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">二、水污染防治措施</p>
                <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">食堂废水经隔油池，与其他生活污水一同进入厂区化粪池预处理后，排入园区污水管网，最终进入园区污水处理厂处理。</p>
                <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">三、固体废弃物防治措施</p>
                <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">新建1座10m2的危废暂存间。废导热油、废活性炭放置于专用收集桶中，与废脱模剂桶，暂存于危废暂存间，定期交由有资质单位处置；楼内各楼层布设生活垃圾桶，统一收集送至垃圾暂存点暂存，环卫部门定期清运处置；粉尘除尘灰集中收集后，回用于生产；烟尘除尘灰收集后外售。</p>
                <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">四、噪声污染防治措施</p>
                <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">采用低噪设备、基础减震、管道软连接，车间内设置等措施。</p>
                <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">五、土壤及地下水污染防治措施</p>
                <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">危废暂存间按照《危险废物贮存污染控制标准》（GB18597－2023）及其修改单要求建设；罐区地面防渗，设围堰。</p>
                <p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">采取以上措施后，本项目各项污染物能够实现达标排放，并能控制在当地环保部门下达的总量控制指标，不会对当地的环境质量（环境空气、水、固废、生态和声学等）造成大的影响。</p>
