<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">规模：朱家角生态居住区D2地块项目分为20-03、20-05两个地块，20-03d地块总建筑面积约10841.60,其中地上建筑面积约10841.6m2,地下建筑面积约5200.00。20-05地块总建筑面积约为301788.19,其中地上建筑面积约177170.05,地下建筑面积约12461814。项目总投资600000万元。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">1.具有国内独立法人资格、独立承担民事责任和履行合同能力单位；</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2.投标人未被列入“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)失信被执行人名单、重大税收违法案件当事人名单。;</p>
