<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">免拆底模钢筋桁架楼承板（简称免拆式桁架楼承板），是一种由钢筋桁架与免拆底模通过专用连接件或锚固预制连接成整体，并采用工业化方式生产的新型钢筋桁架楼承板，在施工过程中兼具模板功能，无需拆模，是符合装配式建筑的一种新型材料。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">钢筋桁架与预制混凝土的完美结合是该产品突出的特点。相较于其他形式的装配式楼板产品，免拆底模可以作为施工模板，也可作为结构受力层。钢筋桁架既是施工支撑，亦为楼板配筋。这样可以做更薄的楼板厚度，更多地利用空间，既可以减少材料的浪费，又大大降低了人工消耗，从而降低项目工程造价。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">免拆底模钢筋桁架楼承板 由工厂机械化生产，在模具底层铺设聚合物砂浆及耐碱玻纤网，浇筑细石混凝土后置入带有底模钢筋的钢筋桁架，细石混凝土完全包覆底模钢筋形成底板，经养护、固化后形成的楼承板，桁架楼承板在钢结构、混凝土结构中均可使用。简称桁架楼承板。</p>
