<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">9月3日，省委常委，雄安新区党工委书记、管委会主任张国华深入一线调研水利设施建设工作，安排部署下一阶段重点任务。他强调，新区上下要深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于防汛救灾的重要指示精神，认真落实省2023年洪涝灾后重建领导小组会议精神，按照省委、省政府部署要求，科学统筹推进水利设施建设，扎实做好灾后恢复重建，筑牢千年大计安全屏障。</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">张国华调研水利设施建设工作。刘向阳摄</span></p><span style="color: green;">张国华一行先后来到南拒马河右堤气盾坝、新盖房水利枢纽、白沟引河右堤截洪渠泵站、安新县唐河大堤，实地察看水利设施建设运行、河道行洪退水、灾后恢复重建等情况。他指出，今年海河流域发生流域性特大洪水，新区重点水利设施在防汛抗洪过程中发挥了重要作用，要高度重视退水期风险隐患，持续加强对堤坝、水利枢纽、截洪渠泵站等重点工程和灾害易发区的巡查管护力度，加强河堤除险加固，确保各重点水利设施有效运转，保障新区水安全。要全面落实河湖长制，加强巡河巡湖工作，持续开展河道、淀边环境卫生清理整治，减轻对水质影响，维护良好的生态环境。要有序推进灾后恢复重建，抓紧修复灾毁农田和农业设施，加强农资供应保障，组织群众积极补种补救，最大程度减少农业损失。要系统复盘新区整体防汛抗洪工作情况，科学谋划建设一批重点水利设施，持续完善新区防洪工程体系，整体提升新区防御能力，构筑起水安全的坚固防线。</span>
