<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">为积极响应《中共中央 国务院关于全面推进美丽中国建设的意见》，开展美丽</span><span style="color: green;">中国建设全民行动，推进生态环境志愿服务体系建设。</span><span style="color: green;">中国生物多样性保护与绿色发展基金会（简称“中国绿发会”、“绿会”）“人民战塑”项目组分别向海南省海口市琼山区、美兰区，以及辽宁省鞍山市铁东区的志愿者寄出多份“人民战塑”物料包，如图。</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">这些物料包中包含志愿者马甲、帽子、旗子等物品，在这之前，</span><span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;">“人民战塑”</strong></span><span style="color: green;">项目组已经把从网上订购的垃圾夹，直接从发货地邮寄给各地的志愿者。中国绿发会“减塑捡塑”工作组自2023年9月份发起“人民战塑”项目以来，得到了全国各地志愿者的大力支持，</span><span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;">截止到目前，各地志愿者已经开展了13场“人民战塑”活动</strong></span><span style="color: green;">，</span><span style="color: green;">活动地点范围覆盖海南、青海、湖南、山东、河北等多地，无论是河滩、海岸，还是农田、丘陵，自然保护区、风景名胜地、大学校园等，均有“人民战塑”志愿者捡拾塑料垃圾的身影。如图</span></p>
