高铁箱梁模板 启达建筑桥墩钢模板
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">箱梁模板施工之前要对台座的底模以及外模进行一个打磨处理，用角磨机对底模以及外模的铁锈进行一个打磨的处理，钢模板第一次使用时，要将锈迹清除干净，因为第一次使用和后边的多次使用是不同的，第一次使用的处理也是至关重要的，如果第一次使用时没有彻底处理干净，与混凝土接触时，它的锈迹以及一些杂质会渗透入梁体的混凝土里边，起到一定的化学反应，会影响混凝土的外观以及色泽，所以用打磨机打磨后，刷水泥浆然后再打磨，这样做是为了便于除锈除的更彻底，提前使用水泥浆能使模板达到一个良好的状态。最后一步就是刷油或者喷涂脱模剂，是为了后期脱膜方便。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">关于定型钢模板采纳底模包边模，在底模上打眼，用螺丝将。底模与边模连结在一同，使边模在底模生根，使边模与底模密贴防备混凝土施工时漏浆， 翼缘板底板和腹板的边板用3m钢管和上旋打斜撑进行加固，并用 6m一般钢管带卡子将双侧翼缘板下的立杆向梁底板里拉，限制侧模的侧向位移;关于竹胶板(厚度不小于 1.2 cm)，宜采纳侧模包底模(腹板模板包底模模板) ，翼缘板模板压腹板模板，竹胶板的竖向背。</p>
