忻州开展公路建设招标整治，严查农村公路新改建项目

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 在党的二十大（2022年10月22日）以来启动实施的，履行公开招投标程序的公路建设项目，主要包括市县负责的高速公路、普通国省干线公路、农村公路新改建、养护工程项目的勘察设计、施工、监理、重要材料设备以及相关咨询服务等的招标事项。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 1.问题线索的提供须说明相关问题发生的具体时间、项目名称、违法违规情形等内容，并附相关证据资料。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 2.问题线索提供者不得以虚假事实或者伪造证明材料等不当行为影响、阻碍招标投标活动正常进行。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 3.对实名提供问题线索的，我们将对举报人的相关信息严格保密。对恶意影响招标投标活动、诬告陷害他人的，将依法追究法律责任。</p>
