电力新规来袭，绿色电力ETF涨超2%

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">消息面上，5月23日，国家能源局发布1-4月份全国电力工业统计数据。截至4月底，全国累计发电装机容量约30.1亿千瓦，同比增长14.1%。其中，太阳能发电装机容量约6.7亿千瓦，同比增长52.4%；风电装机容量约4.6亿千瓦，同比增长20.6%。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">可见，风电、光伏的装机容量大幅提升且新并网装机，推进平价上网，以价促量。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">5月14日，国家发改委发布《电力市场运行基本规则》，推动电量、容量、辅助服务交易更加市场化。新规自2024年7月1日起施行。其中市场成员新增储能企业、虚拟电厂、负荷聚合商等新型经营主体。这是电力板块市场化的重要一步。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">一般而言，电力板块整体走势主要与当下市场情绪及基本面变化有关。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">从近期市场的表现来看，本周A股缩量下跌，情绪低迷，截至周五，前期热门题材全线熄火，周五仅剩电力板块有所表现。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">一般来说，由于火电、核电、水电等板块具有公共事业的属性，电力板块带有高股息风格，具有一定的避险属性，所以我们看到在市场走弱时，电力板块往往可以逆势上扬，防御属性突出。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">从行业动态来看，一方面社会用电量高速增长，火电发电量提升，火电受益于电力市场化的持续推进以及原料端价格不断下行，<span style="color: green;">推动企业盈利能力提升</span><span style="color: green;">。另一方面</span><span style="color: green;">即将迎峰度夏</span><span style="color: green;">，整体电力需求预期也会随之回暖。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2023年火电板块实现收入11701.3亿元，同比增长4.2%。今年年一季度火电板块实现收入2942.3亿元，同比增长3.0%，高于去年同期增速1.3个百分点。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">长期视角而言，随着全球碳中和进程的加快，清洁能源加速发展大势所趋，能源结构转型成为国内重点任务，或为电力板块的长期投资机会提供支撑，尤其是绿电板块潜力更大。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">从电力指数和绿色电力指数今年的走势来看，两种走势一致，但电力指数稍胜一筹。截至5月24日，电力指数年度涨幅为16.16%，绿色电力指数同期上涨12.96%。</p>
