<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">5月24日，县委书记、县长尹成平带领县级有关部门负责人，深入阆营高速公路南部段施工现场，调研项目建设情况，并就有关问题现场办公。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">调研中，尹成平先后来到碑院镇碑院服务区施工点、永定镇三合大桥施工点等地，详细了解项目推进情况，询问项目建设进度、工期计划等，研究解决施工中遇到的困难和问题，对项目建设提出具体要求。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">据了解，阆营高速公路南部段长约17.9公里，经过我县满福街道、永定镇、谢河镇、碑院镇、楠木镇5个乡镇（街道）14个村（社区）42个社，项目用地2056亩，建设桥梁18座，隧道2座，互通3座，服务区一处。项目建设期为3年，预计2026年建成通车。项目建成后，将内联阆中、南部、仪陇、营山、蓬安5个县（市），全面实现南充市域县与县高速联通。</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">2022年11月，我县正式启动了阆营高速公路建设工作，成立了南部县阆营高速公路建设协调指挥部，扎实推进工程建设前期工作。2023年12月，阆营高速公路南部段工程施工方正式进场施工，确定了12个控制性施工点后，工程建设渐次展开，稳步推进。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">现场调研后，尹成平主持召开项目推进专题座谈会，听取项目建设相关情况汇报，研究审定相关事项。</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">尹成平指出，阆营高速公路建设社会关注度高，意义重大，它的建成将为广大人民群众带来更便捷高效的出行选择，不断增强人民群众的获得感和幸福感，进一步带动南部经济社会发展。各级各部门要进一步增强责任感和紧迫感，围绕中心大局，狠抓工作落实，持续提高服务保障能力，为阆营高速全面建成通车作出更大贡献。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">尹成平要求，建设指挥部、交通运输局等有关部门要进一步提高政治站位，主动沟通衔接，加强协调配合，切实做好征地拆迁、服务保障和群众工作，及时解决项目建设过程中遇到的困难和问题，为项目建设提供优质高效便捷的服务和保障，营造良好的施工环境；施工方要精心组织力量，上足机械和人员，倒排工期，顺排工序，严把工程质量，加快项目建设；要把安全生产和生态环保贯穿项目建设全过程，进一步加强风险管控，筑牢红线，守牢底线，确保项目平稳平顺有力推进；县级有关部门和施工单位要共同努力，协同作战，形成建设合力，努力把该项目建设成示范工程、精品工程、标美工程。</span></p>
