<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">当施工采用独立电源供电时，低压用电系统必须采用TN-S系统，配电布置必须采用一机一闸一保护，电气设备不带电的外露可导电部分必须与保护导体可靠连接。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">当配电系统设置多级剩余电流动作保护时，每两级之间必须有保护性配合，并符合下列规定：</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">末级配电箱中的剩余电流保护器的额定动作电流不应大于30mA，分断时间不应大于0.1s。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">当分配电箱中装设剩余电流保护器时，其额定动作电流不应小于末级配电箱剩余电流保护值的3倍，分断时间不应大于0.3s。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">当总配电箱中装设剩余电流保护器时，其额定动作电流不应小于分配电箱中剩余电流保护值的3倍，分断时间不应大于0.5s。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">剩余电流保护器必须每月检验一次，每次使用前启动试验按钮试跳一次，试跳不正常时严禁继续使用。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">配电箱内的保护导体，严禁串联使用，必须一个接线柱接一根保护导体。停用设备的隔离开关断开后，配电箱方可关门上锁。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">用电设备电源开关跳闸时，严禁自行合闸，必须待电工查明原因并处理后，方可合闸继续使用。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">水上、金属容器内、隧道内潮湿环境等特殊作业环境照明设备必须使用相应的安全电压。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">保护接地装置必须定期检测接地电阻并做好相关记录。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">高压试验工作周围必须设围栏，满足安全距离，严禁其他人员进入试验场地或接触被试验设备。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">在带电设备周围或上方进行安装或测量时，上下传递物件必须使用干燥的绝缘绳索，严禁使用钢卷尺或带有金属丝的测绳、皮尺。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">高压开关柜、低压配电屏、保护盘、控制盘及各式操作箱等需要部分带电时，带电系统与非带电系统应有明显可靠的隔断措施，并应设安全标志。部分带电的装置，应设专人管理。</p>
