<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">位于武汉经开区的智新科技，前身是创立于2001年的东风电动车辆股份有限公司，为国内较早从事电动车研发和产业化的公司，其承担着东风集团新能源核心总成的研发、制造和销售业务等，已为国内30余家新能源汽车厂商配套。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">1月9日，长江日报记者走进智新科技电驱动工厂的生产车间看到：高度自动化的生产线上，机械臂夹起一根根形似“发卡”的扁铜线，将其穿入电机定子槽内，不多时一个层叠密实的组件便生产完成，源源不断地走下生产线。据介绍，整条产线自动化率达95%，仅需1至2人操作。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">“在刚刚过去的一年，我们订单销售形势大好，年营业收入达48亿元，同比增长118%。”智新科技有关负责人介绍，这个高速增长的幅度，在全国同类企业中也是领先的，公司将紧抓新能源汽车产业发展机遇期，力争经营持续高速增长，2024年一季度，冲刺销量破15万台、产值过13亿元“开门红”。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2023年，智新科技产销两旺，总体产能较2022年呈翻倍增长，其中电驱总成装配产能从30万台提升到61万台，定转子产能从8万套跃升至40余万套。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">据了解，新能源汽车的核心是三电系统：电池、电机、电控。电驱总成装配是电机的关键组成部分，主要包括电机、电机控制器、减速器等部分；电机部分包括定子和转子，它们是电机中的固定部分和旋转部分。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">“这些产品不仅能满足东风集团减速箱等产品增量需求，还承接了外部客户新项目投产订单。”该负责人透露，截至目前，公司已累计收到客户2024年订单97万台（套）。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">距离智新科技生产车间不远处，总投资约7.2亿元的新能源汽车动力总成产能提升和智慧新工厂项目正如火如荼地建设，目前已完成主体部分验收，进入装饰装修及公用动力工程施工阶段，预计本月底完成项目竣工验收。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">“新项目投入使用，将进一步夯实产能倍增基础，支持东风100万台新能源电动车电驱需求。”该负责人介绍。</p>
