<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">6月27日，经省政府批准，<span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;">《福建省“邻县高速通”工程规划方案》</strong></span>和<span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;">《福建省“乡镇便捷通”高速工程实施方案》</strong></span><span style="color: green;">印发实施，标志着福建省在全国率先创新实施“两通工程”，构建高质量公路网络，服务群众便捷出行、货运物流高效畅通，加速促进区域协调发展，助力乡村振兴</span>。</span></p><span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;">“邻县高速通”工程</strong></span>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">福建省在“县县通高速、镇镇通干线”基础上，谋划实施“邻县高速通”工程，计划建设26个高速公路项目共1341公里，项目视同纳入《福建省综合立体交通网规划纲要》。</span><span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;">到2025年，实现全省213对邻县高速便捷通行，占比85.9%；到2035年，实现全省248对邻县高速便捷通行，占比100%。</strong></span></p><span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;">“乡镇便捷通”高速工程</strong></span>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">在总结第一轮实施成效的基础上，进一步新增高速公路出入口、新增服务区出入口、新建改建高速公路互通接线，推动全省更多陆域乡镇、重要旅游景区、重要产业园区、重要交通枢纽等交通集散节点在30分钟内通达高速公路。本轮项目库共84个项目，其中新增高速公路出入口项目和新增服务区出入口项目，视同纳入高速公路网规划并参照省重点项目管理。本轮实施后，</span><span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;">将在2025年实现全省90%陆域乡镇、90%重要旅游景区、100%重要产业园区、100%重要交通枢纽30分钟通达高速公路。</strong></span></p>
