商丘规划建设全市第一条旅游公路
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">坚持高站位谋划。</strong>以“快旅慢游深体验”为指导理念，围绕“打造一条”“扮靓一串”“提升一片”宗旨，将沿黄河故道旅游公路打造成一条“春赏花、夏看景、秋采果、冬嬉雪”的集公路摄影、休闲慢游、自驾露营、文化展示、彩色风景等功能于一体的73.6公里休闲旅游长廊。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">坚持高标准设计。</strong>结合殷商文化、汉文化、木兰文化、黄河故道文化等，深入挖掘整合沿线生态、文化、产业、历史等特色资源，进一步完善公路旅游服务、安全设施，为旅客提供集散、如厕、充电、加水、休憩等服务，将旅游公路建设与产业结构优化、生态环境整治、人居环境改善、美丽乡村建设、公共服务提升等工作有机结合起来，辐射带动乡村旅游及沿线百姓增收致富，打造成最美风景路、产业振兴路、致富小康路的“匠心工程”、“精品工程”。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">坚持高质量推进。</strong>成立工作专班，科学制定时间表、路线图、任务书，先后召开中心主任办公会两次推进，积极协调文旅部门，强化用地、资金等要素保障，切实把生态优先、绿色发展理念贯穿于旅游公路建设全过程，做到依法依规用地、严格保护耕地，强化生态环境保护，实现旅游公路与生态环境的和谐共生。</p>
