<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">混凝土预制柱共161根，目前已经制作了4批，共48根，剩余113根。下图是浇筑的时间表。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">可能有人要问了，恩？怎么之前一直写的是地基与基础，丝毫没提预制柱，怎么突然冒出来做好了这么多。原因是预制柱也是在加工场地成批制作，每一批的工序都是相同的，每天干的都是同样的东西，而且没有像基础从无到有一样有直观的变化，我想的是在把地基与基础写得差不多以后，在其中一批把预制柱的整个工序写清楚就行，就没有像地基与基础一样每天跟踪进展。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">所以接下来的文章内容，对基础还是每天跟踪进展情况，而预制柱就按以下的提纲做为一个小系列来介绍。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">第一天：预制柱的一生——以预制柱从加工到吊装的整个过程，再加上过程中的照片，先对预制柱的一生做一个直观整体的了解。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">第二天：与预制柱有关的图纸——把图纸中涉及到预制柱的所有内容。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">预制柱从制作到吊装经历以下5个过程：</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">①预制（包括钢筋、预埋件、模板、混凝土等），</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">①预制。既然为预制，那肯定有预制加工场地，下图是整个场区的平面布置图，上面的黄色圈为检修库位置，下面用黄色圈圈起来的即为预制柱加工场，是在一片空地上，用C20混凝土将场地硬化出来的一个60m×15m的区域，专门用于预制柱的加工与堆放。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">可能有人要问了，为什么不直接运到施工现场呢，而是先放到一旁。因为图集05G335《单层工业厂房混凝土柱》中明确说了预制柱的运输、吊装需要混凝土强度到达100%，一般28天左右；而平移只需要强度到达75%，一般7天左右。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">预制柱总共好几百根，而加工场一次最多也就预制30根，如果每次都等一个月再移走，可能需要快1年时间才能制作完成。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">所以需要先将这些达到75%强度的柱子移走，以便下一批预制柱开始制作，达到节省工期的目的。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">吊装上钢屋架以后的样子。中间这跨也有钢屋架，但是如果全部钢屋架都吊完了，中间的屋面板就没法往上吊了，所以中间这跨的钢屋架留着和屋面板一起往后退着吊。吊装钢屋架就是钢结构的事了，和预制柱无关，这两张照片仅为了展示预制柱的作用。</p>
