<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">截至2023年底，本市机动车保有量约为70万辆，其中汽车约为62.8万辆。按照国家推荐性标准，地区年总拆解产能按当地机动车保有量的4%左右理论计算，本市年总拆解产能应为2.8万辆左右。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">据统计，2022一2023年本市报废机动车回收量分别为<strong style="color: blue;">2318辆和4880辆。</strong></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">三、现有报废机动车回收企业情况</strong></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">本市目前在营有资质企业4家，分别是蚌埠报废汽车拆解有限公司、蚌埠天夫环保科技有限公司、安徽鑫嵩机动车回收拆解有限公司和安徽誉德再生资源有限公司，4家企业合计年拆解能力约7.2万辆。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">四、产能过剩预警</strong></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">根据本市近两年报废机动车实际回收情况，现有企业产能已远远大于（满足）实际需求量，为避免盲目投资、重复建设，造成资源浪费，现对该行业提出产能过剩预警。请拟投资该行业的企业和个人，认真研究行业发展现状，统筹考虑机动车保有量、上下游产业链衔接等因素，注重防范风险，谨慎投资。</p>
