<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">1.1 测量放线</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">测量人员，在进场后对设计单位交付的基桩（导线点、水准点）进行复测，经监理工程师确认后，按施工图设计放出中桩，并测放道路边桩，每个桩按图纸编号标记。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">(1)导线测量精度应符合规定。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">(2)原有导线点不能满足施工需要时，可增设满足相应精度要求的附合导线点。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">(3)同一建设项目内相邻施工段的导线应闭合，并满足同等级精度要求。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">(4)对可能受施工影响的导线点，施工前应加以固定或改移，从开工至竣工验收的时间段内应保证其精度。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">水准点复测与加密</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">(1)水准点精度应符合规定。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">(2)沿路线每 500m 宜有一个水准点。在结构物附近、高填深挖路段、工程量集中及地形复杂路段，宜增设水准点。临时水准点应符合相应等级的精度要求，并与相邻水准点闭合。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">(3)当水准点有可能受到施工影响时，应进行处理。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">中线放样</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">(1)路基开工前，应进行全段中线放样并固定路线主要控制桩，高速公路、一级公路宜采用坐标法进行测量放样。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">(2)中线放样时，应注意路线中线与结构物中心、相邻施工段的中线闭合，发现问题应及时查明原因，进行处理。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">(3)设计图纸和实际放样不符时，应查明原因后进行处理。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">1.2 现场清理</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">在路基土方施工前，应清除路基范围内和取土场范围内的所有草皮、树木、垃圾、农作物及有机物残渣，并清除表层（30~50cm）腐植土。清除下来的草皮、树木等运出路基范围集中堆放，统一处理。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">每道工序开工前，应实行三级交底，即项目总工向项目部所有人员进行施工组织设计交底，技术部门负责人向工程、技术、质量人员进行方案交底，施工员向作业班组进行技术交底。保证技术人员及工人能够清楚的了解施工中的注意事项及工程进度安排，掌握施工过程中的控制要点，确保现场施工不盲目指挥，错误安排。</p>
