<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;"><span style="color: green;">因元宝山南外环至杜松路连接线公路施工。为保障车辆及行人通行安全，根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第39条规定，决定对元宝山区杜松路至县道204红庙子至上烧锅公路连接路段实行封闭改造施工，现将有关事项公告如下：</span></span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;"><span style="color: green;">起点：元宝山区杜松路与贺麒铜业门前连接线上，桩号K0+00处。终点：与元宝山区云杉路连接的沥青路相接，桩号K0+370，路线全长0.370km。</span></span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: green;">三、道路封闭期间大型车辆绕行路线</span></strong></span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;"><span style="color: green;">1、元宝山镇至辽宁老官地方向车辆绕行方案：所有大型车辆沿县道204红庙子至上烧锅公路行驶至S219公路水泉互通，向平庄方向行驶，再经黑水大桥至小叶线前往辽宁老官地镇。</span></span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;"><span style="color: green;">2、辽宁老官地镇至元宝山镇方向车辆绕行方案：所有大型车辆沿小叶线行驶至黑水大桥，进入县道181线后驶入S219线，经S219线再行驶至元宝山镇方向。</span></span></p>
