<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">日前，兰州市发改委发布《关于启动居民用管道天然气气源采购和销售价格上下游联动机制的通知》，</span><span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: green;">2023年4月1日，上游供气企业上调了兰州居民用管道天然气采购价格。</span></strong></span><span style="color: green;">为缓解居民用天然气采购价格上涨矛盾，保障居民用气稳定，促进燃气行业健康发展，经兰州市政府同意，现启动居民用管道天然气气源采购和销售价格上下游联动机制，对居民用管道天然气销售价格同向进行调整。</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">据了解，该联动机制的依据分别为：《中共中央国务院关于推进价格机制改革的若干意见》《国务院关于促进天然气协调稳定发展的若干意见》《甘肃省发展和改革委员会关于印发<甘肃省关于建立健全天然气上下游价格联动机制的实施意见>的通知》《兰州市发展和改革委员会关于建立完善兰州市管道天然气气源采购和销售价格上下游联动机制的通知》。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">2023年8月1日起，</span><span style="color: green;">居民用管道天然气第一阶梯销售价格由</span><span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: green;">1.76元/m³调整为2.02元/m³；</span></strong></span><span style="color: green;">第二阶梯、第三阶梯分别按照第一阶梯气价的</span><span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: green;">1.2倍、1.5倍执行，标准为2.42元/m³、3.03元/m³。</span></strong></span></p>
