珠江水运 | 一条大河的力量

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">一条大河就是一条经济带。川流不息的珠江承载着两岸人民对经济繁荣的深切期盼。如果说粤港澳大湾区是一张坚实强劲的满弓，珠江恰似其中一支势不可挡的利箭。珠江水运在服务“一带一路”建设、推动粤港澳大湾区发展、支持西部省区脱贫致富中，发挥着不可替代的作用。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">让这条大河变得更加有力量，一直是交通运输部珠江航务管理局（简称珠航局）的工作目标。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">经过五年的发展，珠江水运基础设施建设规模不断扩大。2016年，珠江水系完成基本建设投资73.6亿元，是2012年的1.3倍，并连续五年投资规模超过50亿元。航道扩能升级成效显著，续建或开工建设航道近3000公里，基本建成以“一轴一网四线”为主骨架的高等级航道体系，通航里程达到1.55万公里，占全国内河航道里程的12.4%。港口规模化、集约化、专业化水平不断提升，内河港口体系逐步形成。截至2016年年底，珠江水系流域四省区共有内河泊位近2200个，港口年综合通过能力超过5亿吨。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">五年砥砺磨一剑，珠江水运实现了大投入、大发展、大跨越。2016年，珠江水系内河货运量首次突破8亿吨、货物周转量超过1600亿吨公里，其中集装箱运输量接近1400万标箱，与2012年相比，年均增长率分别为11.5%、8.6%和10.4%，为促进流域经济繁荣、社会和谐、生态良好提供了有力支撑。</p>
