化工项目建设过程和工程公司任务----试车阶段和设计人员应有的知识

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">设备安装完毕之后，对转动设备的机械性能的测试。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">模拟化工过程，用水或替代物料作为流体对全流程或分段进行试车，检验全系统的性能和状况。对供水、电、汽、热、气和自控系统的能力的检验。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">对系统进行吹扫、清洗等处理后，在具备（包括安全保障）条件之后，投入化工原料进行的工艺试车，如果顺利则转入正式生产。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">如果是工程公司提供工艺包，则参与的程度要深得多，因为这种模式工程公司负有工艺及技术责任。</p>
