<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">内河港口集装箱吞吐量1358万TEU，占比19.8%。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">一、港口货运占比有待提高。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">珠江水系内河港口货物吞吐量仅仅是全系港口货物吞吐量的4成，对比美国内河货运量是沿海货运量的3.4倍（美国三面沿海），而我国号称内河流域最广的水运之国，珠江水系更是我国三大水系之一，足以见得，在港口货运占比这一块，还有待提高。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">二、内河航道联网低。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">珠江航道网目前由5条3000吨级以上海船航道、6条1000吨级海船航道和4条内河三级航道组成。但是在内河航道上，仅有一条西江（西江航运干线长洲枢纽船闸完成过闸货运量1.52亿吨，同比增长0.8%。）贯穿上下游，发源于云南，流经滇、黔、桂、粤4省（区）打通华南地区直通粤港澳腹地。但珠江-西江干线与支流流通程度低，周边城区、城镇覆盖率不高，无法带动沿江经济发展。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">三、港口标准化程度低。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">珠江水系内河港口专业化程度低，内河泊位专业化更低；整个珠江水系内河港口可以自主实现数字化管理、智慧化操作的港口屈指可数，非标准化的内河港口作业机制、人工操作的泊位管理导致加重港口负担、延长进出船舶运输时间，直接加剧港口作业时间，严重妨碍内河航运发展。</p>

<h2 style="text-align: left; margin-bottom: 10px;">绘制珠江水运“十四五”发展蓝图</h2>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2022年是党的二十大召开之年，也是全面实施“十四五”规划、着力推进现代化珠江航运体系建设，服务加快建设交通强国的重要一年。立足当前，谋划长远，高水平绘制珠江水运“十四五”发展蓝图。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">要围绕“着力推进安全、便捷、高效、绿色、经济的现代化珠江航运体系建设”。而港口作为航运体系的中转站，尤为重要。</p>
