中国轻纺城粮油冷链物流中心新建工程项目列入2024年省“千项万亿”工程

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">中国轻纺城粮油冷链物流中心新建工程位于绍兴市柯桥区华舍街道临杭大道西侧、杭甬客专南侧征用土地67058平方米（约100.587亩），新增建筑137942.9平方米，地上建筑面积117079.9平方米，地下建筑面积20863平方米；其中一期地块37931平方米（约56.9亩），总建筑面积85530.02平方米，地下建筑面积约20863平方米。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">该项目总投资108000万元，以“冷储物流+粮油批发+电商”为核心，提供一站式的线上线下展示、粮油批发、副食品采购、仓储物流、线上大宗粮油批发、商检、市场营销、品牌推广等全方位服务，建设线上线下O2O交易平台，促进产业对接，降低交易成本，提高企业效益，丰富市民采购体验，打造融粮油副食品批发、仓储、冷链物流、网上交易于一体的示范性粮油综合交易中心。</p>
