天然气净化厂康索夫脱硫废水处置工艺及案例
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">天然气是一种相对清洁、高效的能源，随着我国对天然气需求的不断增加而受到了广泛关注。然而，在开采出的天然气中含硫天然气占比超过15%，其中含有 1%~10%的SO2。目前，利用康索夫（Cansolv）尾气处理工艺能有效吸收 SO2。但在吸收SO2的过程中产生了高盐有机废水，该废水具有含盐质量浓度高（TDS 为 20 000~30 000 mg/L）、有机物质量浓度较高（TOC≈300 mg/L）、难降解、色度高等特征。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">近年来，低温蒸发法被常用于高盐废水的处理。低温蒸发法可将蒸发母液减量70%左右，残渣含水率10%~20%。低温真空蒸馏罐内设计有搅拌刮刀装置，蒸发母液在蒸发面停留时间短，不结焦，不结垢，浓缩液或结晶残渣通过机械刮排方式出料，自动出料，不堵塞；低温(60度以下) 真空(-95kPa以上) 条件下蒸发，冷凝水中有机物及盐含量低，易于后续生化或物化达标处理，批次式进料，全自动运行，无人值守，维修简单。</p>
