争创省优 | 苏州这项水运工程再发力

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">专家组查看了杨林塘航道整治工程实体情况，听取了苏州水运指关于项目的建设管理情况汇报、质监机构对工程监管情况的介绍、厅港航中心关于项目档案验收情况的汇报，以及昆山港航中心关于项目的运营管理情况汇报，就有关情况进行了问询。专家组经认真讨论，一致认为杨林塘航道整治工程总体品质和各项设施运行状况良好，要求苏州水运指以申报省优质工程奖为契机，坚持质量创优，赋能水运高质量发展。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">杨林塘航道是苏州港太仓港区的重要疏港通道，同时也是省干线航道连申线的重要组成部分。工程分为太仓段、昆山段、金鸡河吴塘河段、杨林船闸等项目分阶段组织实施，概算总投资49.96亿元。工程不仅增强了区域航段水运效能，进一步提升了太仓港区集疏运效率，而且在水资源综合利用、生态环境提升、过河交通条件改善等方面均起到积极作用，经济效益、社会效益、生态效益十分显著。本次申报奖项的项目范围是杨林塘太仓段、昆山段、金鸡河吴塘河段航道整治工程。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2022年12月，工程全面完成竣工验收工作，各项目竣工质量均被评为优良，目前已连续多次获得国家级、省级荣誉。其中杨林船闸工程获评“国家优质工程奖”、“水运交通优质工程奖”、江苏省优质工程奖“扬子杯”、江苏省交通优质工程“苏畅杯”；杨林塘太仓段、昆山段、金鸡河吴塘河段航道整治工程获评“水运交通优质工程奖”、江苏省交通优质工程“苏畅杯”。</p>
