19.31亿！这家中国棉纺20强开建16.5万锭高档纺纱和12万锭纺纱生产线

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 项目是新野纺织子公司阿克苏新发棉业有限责任公司新建项目，建设地点为新疆阿克苏地区阿瓦提县工业集中区，项目建成后年产高档纯棉精梳紧密纺纱约2.48万吨，总投资为6.10亿元。其中建设及设备投资合计50133.00万元，预备费1667.00万元，铺底流动资金9200.00万元，本项目拟使用募集资金49301.00万元，项目建设周期为12个月，经测算，项目税后内部收益率为17.19%，投资回收期为6.04年。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 项目建设地点为河南省新野县产业集聚区西区，建设周期为12个月，项目建成后年产新型功能性纱线约1.6万吨，项目总投资为58,550万元，其中建设及设备投资合计48958.00万元，预备费1592.00万元，铺底流动资金8000.00万元，项目拟使用募集资金48958.00万元，经测算，本项目税后内部收益率为15.39%，投资回收期为6.31年。</p>
