<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">该项目是青岛西海岸新区城市更新和城市建设重点攻坚项目，是一所集医疗、教学、科研、中医预防保健、康复与健康教育等为一体的三级甲等中医医院，是新区贯彻落实健康山东、健康中国发展战略的重点工程。项目位于淮河西路以北、灵山路（规划路）以西，由青科控股集团承建，总投资约28.5亿元，总建筑面积约25万平方米，建设医疗综合楼、发热门诊楼及相关配套服务设施等，总床位数1000床。规划设计顺势而为、和谐有序，建筑风格将“高品质、现代化、人文特色”有机融合，精心打造智慧安全、花园式绿色医院。项目计划于2025年底完工，建成后将大幅提升青岛西海岸新区及周边地区中医医疗水平，对完善青岛市、青岛西海岸新区中医服务体系，促进区域中医事业发展具有重要意义，为加快建设半岛区域医疗中心、西海岸新区城市更新建设提供助力。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">项目的规划设计充分利用场地条件和高差，采取集中式布局，最大化建筑体量。同时，利用开放复合的城市客厅串联各功能模块，打造立体危急重症平台、科教研一体化平台、中西医结合治愈平台，以简洁清晰的流线、集约化的布置重构医疗功能组织模式。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">医疗卫生，利民惠民，功在当代、利在千秋。青岛西海岸新区把保障人民健康放在优先发展的战略位置，深入贯彻落实“坚持中西医并重，传承发展中医药事业”的战略指示，持续加大投入，“十三五”期间，区财政每年安排专项资金用于中医药项目建设，推动中医药事业和产业高质量发展，把中医药事业办成群众“获得感强、满意度高”的暖心工程。</p>
