<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2017年7月，华设设计集团引进了一批具有民航行政管理、规划设计、标准制定和科学研究等方面的知名骨干，成立华设设计集团民航设计研究院（以下简称华设民航院）。华设民航院是集团民航空侧业务（机场、空管、供油等）的生产部门，也是集团民航陆侧业务（航站区、工作区、生活区、交通枢纽、临空产业园区）的经营中心。2019年12月，中国民用航空局批准成立“民航机场安全与运行工程技术研究中心”，由华设民航院管理和运行。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">华设民航院注重科技创新与人才培养，公司现有员工近130人，硕士及以上学历占总人数的80%以上，其中博士4名，博士后1名。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">华设民航院是中国民用机场协会及中国航空运输协会通用航空分会会员，是中国交通运输协会信息专业委员会及交通基础设施养护分会常务理事，与民航行业协会、科研院所、机场集团等行业内多家单位签订了战略合作协议，并成立了博士创新工作室和开放型科学技术协会，获得了AAA级企业信用等级证书。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2018年6月，中国民航飞行学院在华设民航院设立“硕士研究生培养基地”，开始培养第一批硕士研究生。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2019年1月，成为民航局方委托项目评审机构。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2019年7月，取得“国家高新技术企业”资格。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">1.报名。有意报名的人员请将简历发送至邮箱mhsjyxz2019@163.com 。简历应包含在校期间成绩单、获奖证书及四六级成绩单扫描件。简历文档名称格式为“岗位+地点+姓名+学校+专业”，同时请在简历内注明申请的岗位以及是否可以来我单位实习。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">2.简历筛选及录用流程：从邮件中筛选简历→各专业负责人电话沟通面试→确定录用候选人。特殊岗位根据需要，酌情增加笔试；同等条件下，可以来公司实习一个月以上且表现优秀的优先录取。</p>
