高标准农田水利设施被指造假！官方回应

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">目前，网友耿先生的始发视频已无法查看。5月15日，奥一新闻与耿先生取得联系。耿先生称，因为感觉事情影响太大了没法收场，他就把爆料视频给屏蔽了。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">澄城县委宣传部门的工作人员对奥一新闻表示， 已经有专人与县农业农村局进行对接，目前正在调查中。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">对此，耿先生向奥一新闻证实，最近确实有人下来调查此事。他表示，<strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: green;">5月12日，县农业局、施工队的人都来了，已经将涉嫌造假的出水桩拆了</span></strong>。不过，相关部门并没有向村民承诺什么时候能够整改好。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">“我们村民都期待5月底之前，能够整改好。”耿先生对记者表示，他们村里主要种植玉米等粮食，<strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: green;">6、7月份是用水高峰期，需要用水灌溉庄稼</span></strong>。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">据封面新闻报道，一份2023年9月发布的澄城县2023年度高标准农田建设项目招标公告显示，施工16标段为赵庄镇樊家洼村片区。随后中标公示显示，中标人为延安秦通路桥工程有限责任公司，中标价格168.327998万元。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">为此，奥一新闻致电该公司法人代表李先生了解此事。“我们一年工程太多了，我记不清了。”李先生表示，不知道下面的人是怎么安排的，也不清楚该项目的设施涉嫌造假被调查一事。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">而澄城县高标准农田建设项目办公室工作人员曾对媒体表示，该位置的工程还处于施工阶段，没有验收。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">奥一新闻从澄城县政府官网今年4月初发布的“澄城县高标准农田建设项目简介”了解到，<strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: green;">该项目涉及全县6镇22个村，项目总资金6035万元</span></strong>。项目内容包括新建农田机井9眼并配备相关电力设施、新建蓄水池14座、铺设田间输水管网69km及并配套相关设施等。</p>
