<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">加快完善交通基础设施，推动项目建设集中开复工，</span><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: green;">年内建成加定至西海等6个项目，新开工湟源至西海等8个项目，完成玛多地震灾后交通基础设施重建工作，加快G338海兴至天峻公路热水至江仓段改建工程等项目前期工作进度。计划完成新改建农村公路2000公里，新增8个乡镇通三级及以上公路，新增200个自然村通硬化路，完成10座危桥改造、100公里村道安防工程，完成2000公里普通国省干线公路管理移交工作，</span></strong><span style="color: green;">确保顺利完成省政府分解下达的年度投资目标任务。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">统筹推进助企暖企春风行动，支持省外企业与本省企业组建联合体承接重大交通项目，推行交通工程建设项目招投标交易全流程电子化和远程异地评标，支持省交通物流行业协会加强信息化系统建设，积极为入会货运车辆免费提供动态监控服务。</span></p>
