防洪减淤保障3市9县区！东庄水利枢纽建设如火如荼

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">泾河是渭河的最大支流，流经宁夏、甘肃、陕西三省区，干流总长455.1公里，于咸阳汇入渭河，是渭河泥沙的主要来源。为了有效控制流入下游泥沙，国务院批复建立了东庄水利枢纽工程，这两天，东庄水利枢纽工程正在如火如荼建设中。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">总台记者 阮超：</strong>我身后正在建设的泾河大桥是东庄水利枢纽的一部分，现在可以看到大桥的副拱也就是橙色的钢架部分正在焊接，即将完工。在这个副拱的下面跟橙色钢架构连接的用钢筋水泥做成的弧形部分，就是这座桥梁的主拱。这座桥最大的特点就是主副拱相结合联合受力，其中副拱受力能达到整座大桥总载荷的20％，相当于再给大桥加了一道保险。等副拱合龙完工之后，工作人员将会把大桥梁箱连接在一起，这座大桥的主体工程就算完工了。这座桥建成通车后，可以大大缩短礼泉县和淳化县之间的通行时间，由原来的两个小时缩短到三十分钟左右。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">总台记者 阮超：</strong>这座大坝在修建过程当中，要克服的最大问题就是渗漏。泾河大峡谷为灰岩地质。而灰岩地质条件下，非常容易形成地下水渗漏问题。为了解决这一问题，工作人员将预先制备的浆液经过钻孔压入岩层裂隙，浆液沿裂隙渗透扩散并凝固、硬化，形成防止地下水渗透的帷幕。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">总台记者 阮超：</strong>泾河是渭河最大的支流，同时也是渭河泥沙的主要来源之一。东庄大坝建成后，可以有效减少渭河下游的泥沙淤积，也使渭河下游的防洪能力提高。还可以给铜川等渭北干旱地区供水，大大缓解这一地区工业用水和农业灌溉用水情况。同时，东庄水利枢纽还可以确保泾河下游不断流，泾渭湿地不萎缩、不退化，大幅改善泾渭流域生态环境，让这里的山更绿、水更清。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">其实在1950年的时候，当时当地人们就想要在泾河上建设一个大坝来消除洪水带来的危害，同时还能更好地利用水资源，而这个梦想2019年终于实现了。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">东庄水利公司工程部部长 申开为：</strong>咱们这个大坝上布置有九个泄水孔，其中有两个是非常排沙底孔，它的海拔是693米，然后有四个泄流深孔，它的海拔708米。 所以在水库淤泥淤积到一定程度的情况下，可以通过适时地调节排沙底孔和泄流深孔，以及表孔的泄流，从而实现泥沙的冲淤平衡。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">东庄水利公司工程部副部长 张帅：</strong>过调水调沙联合调度，将减少入位泥沙7.5亿吨，同时使渭河下游的行洪能力，从目前的2,000立方米每秒，提升到3,000~4,000立方米每秒，彻底根除渭河下游小水大灾的常态发生。同时，也将确保渭河下游的防洪能力50年不降低，同时使西安、渭南、咸阳3市9县区150万人和80万亩的耕地安全得以保障。</p>
