新一轮国家公路网规划出炉 2035年总规模约46.1万公里

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 7月12日，国家发展改革委、交通运输部发布《国家公路网规划》（下称《规划》），明确了国家公路网到2035年的布局方案，总规模约46.1万公里，进一步加强了对城市群和都市圈发展的支撑。国家发展改革委基础设施发展司副司长周小棋在当天举行的新闻发布会上表示，国家公路建设对于拉动有效投资将继续发挥关键作用，为稳住经济大盘提供有力支撑。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 改革开放以来，我国先后出台了四个国家级的干线公路规划，上一个规划是2013年出台的《国家公路网规划（2013年-2030年）》。周小棋表示，本次《规划》与2013版规划相比，规划总规模增加了约6万公里，其中国家高速公路净增里程约2.6万公里，普通国道净增里程约3.4万公里。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 周小棋介绍，从国家公路未来建设需求看，根据匡算，国家高速公路中仍有约2.8万公里待建路段，另有约3万公里繁忙路段需要扩容改造，普通国道中有约11万公里需要建设和改造，未来建设任务仍然繁重，国家公路建设对于拉动有效投资将继续发挥关键作用，为稳住经济大盘提供有力支撑。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 交通运输部综合规划司副司长王松波还指出，《规划》充分发挥公路交通对实体经济发展的基础支撑作用，强化国家公路与相关产业融合发展。依托国家公路网发展通道经济，要注重与沿线旅游业、制造业、物流业、电子商务等关联产业深度融合发展，促进产业链供应链畅通运转。</p>
