<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><strong style="color: blue;">浙江石油化工有限公司总裁 刘明辉：</strong>这里舟山港、宁波港的港口条件非常好，原油进口比较方便。另外大件设备运输也比较便利，几千吨的设备都可以运进来。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">5年时间里，鱼山岛的舟山绿色石化基地的原油加工量已经从2019年的470万吨，增加到2023年4370万吨；进出口总额从2019年的176.07亿元，增加到2023年的2123.3亿元。</p>
