<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">4月15日傍晚，陈女士向记者转述了下午碰头会情况，施工单位名为欣宇明辉科技有限公司，他们在进行电力施工时向滨海电力进行了报备，同时告知了物业公司。而物业公司针对施工问题，在3月28日贴出了没有任何公章的“温馨提示”。3月29日，企业开始施工。施工前，施工单位没有通知属地居委会及街道办。4月5日，施工单位将小区自来水管挖断，随后属地龙达水务接报抢修，于当天23时左右恢复供水。几方约定于18日下午召开第二次碰头会。</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">此外，高峰路上由天重道北向南方向，距离南仓道500处指路牌上写着南仓道，距离400米处的指路牌上却写成南仓路。同一个牌子上，当前所在路口东西方向为南门道，实际该路口却是丁字路，西侧为绿地。东侧道路路名牌为天康道，指示有误。而且天康道与新峰路交口，东和北方向尚无道路可通行，但是指路牌并无提醒，给司机造成困扰。</span></p>
