<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">首先，锂电池现在按原材料分的话分为磷酸铁锂电池，三元电池。磷酸铁锂安全，成熟稳重。三元能量高，安全系数低一些。我主要熟悉磷酸铁锂电池。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">电池生产主要分前工序，中工序和后工序。我主要了解前工序的生产工艺。当然都是最浅显的一些基本内容。主要也是为了互相学习。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">前工序分为正负极，也称阴阳极，阴极对应正极。阳极对应负极。前工序也称电极制备车间。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">前工序是电池主要主体制作，匀浆车间，涂布车间，辊压车间，分切车间。现在设备更新很快。有很多工序变成一体机了。有些公司还同步生产凹版，也叫涂炭铝箔，和隔离膜生产。这就比较齐全了。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">搅拌，也叫匀浆，主要将采购的电池原材料按一定的工艺进行一个搅拌的过程。正极主材磷酸铁锂，辅材有导电剂，胶，溶剂NMP.等等。负极主材石墨，辅材同正极差不多，溶剂是去离子水。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">搅拌按不同的顺序可以有干法和湿法。现在大部分都是干法。</p>
