<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">由于本区农户数量多基数大（占全市农户数近四分之一），建成的农污设施数量多而分散（占全市设施量的三分之一），带来了巨大的设施运维工作量，巡查巡检工作量大，整体运维难度大。通过建立崇明区农污处理设施监管平台，实现企业运维流程标准化、平台管理智慧数字化、监管覆盖全面化的目标。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">使用专业测绘工具，在地图上绘制管网和入户设施位置，实现一屏展示。实时监测站点设施工况、污水处理水质状况，并储存故障异常数据。保存污水处理站和提升井的基础信息，形成永久电子档案方便调阅及查看。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">充分发挥系统灵活性、实时性、全面覆盖性、数据服务性优势，进一步完善简化崇明区农村生活污水处理设施运维体系。区各运维单位、各乡镇人员均通过该系统平台进行日常巡检、处理工单、查看工况及水质情况。通过实时了解设施运行情况及运维情况，缩减了设施故障处理时间，提高了监督管理效率。</p>
