黄果树观瀑园苗医药森林康养基地项目建设加速推进

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">“现在正在建设的是项目一期，包括游客服务中心、山脚下的太空舱民宿以及林下中草药种植等。”观瀑园苗医药森林康养基地项目施工负责人吕鑫向记者介绍，项目于2022年6月正式开工，预计将在今年9月完成一期建设并投入运营。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">据悉，黄果树观瀑园苗医药森林康养基地项目总投资1亿元，占地5000余亩，全部为林木覆盖，森林覆盖率为100%。项目主要以林下中草药种植、林下养殖等一产为核心，建设中草药、农特产品加工厂为辅助，带动苗医药森林康养体验、药膳养生、特色民宿等旅游产业，实现一二三产融合发展。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">在该项目的背后，记者看到一片茂密的松树林，林下种植的一片片黄精正蓬勃生长，青翠的绿叶彰显着旺盛的生命力。“依托当地良好的森林资源，项目大力发展林下经济，现在已种植了350亩黄精、80亩精品水果以及30亩太子参，还建设了鸡舍20间并已投入使用，目前林下鸡存栏1000羽。”吕鑫告诉记者，为提升产品附加值，项目建设了加工厂房对中药材进行深加工，实现一二产联动。</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">“目前，游客接待中心主体已经建设完成，正在进行内外装修，其内设有住宿、餐厅、农特产品展厅、游泳池等业态，可以为游客提供多元休闲娱乐服务。”吕鑫告诉记者，除此之外，一期民宿共建设了24栋太空舱，打造了32亩的人工湖及一条人工瀑布，并配套建设观光电梯，游客足不出户就可以欣赏瀑布景色。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">“为了保障项目按时完成建设投入运营，工地现在每天都有300余名工人在现场施工，除了一期建设，后期的规划也都在紧密施工中，现已完成整个项目施工进度的60%。”该项目负责人杨进说，下一步，基地将在黄精种植的基础上打造中医馆、健康管理中心、露营基地、山地摩托车越野体验场等配套项目，同时结合农林体验与科普教育建设研学中心，不断延伸和丰富康旅产业链条。</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">目前，黄果树正在大力建设世界级旅游景区，观瀑园苗医药森林康养基地项目作为黄果树旅游圈的重要业态，是对黄果树旅游区旅游链条的补充。杨进表示，项目将充分利用黄果树大旅游的辐射带动，努力打造成为大瀑布旅游的“后花园”，让众多游客有多元体验的同时，也积极探索农旅融合发展新模式，带动当地百姓增收致富。</span></p>
