<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">廉洁医院建设开展以来，县卫健系统构建</span><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: green;">“派驻纪检监察组+局党组+医院党组织+院务监督+职工代表”</span></strong><span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: green;">五级监督体系</span></strong></span><span style="color: green;">。通过“四个强化”实施闭环式监督，确保廉洁医院建设的各项措施得到有效执行和监管。今年以来，对巡视巡察反馈问题、项目建设、人事招聘等监督10余次，提出意见建议3条。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">“我们注重加强数字信息监管建设，指导公立医疗单位完善内控系统，充分利用大数据技术，探索处方前置审核，通过事前审核、事中监督、事后评估的闭环式管理，逐步实现全流程识别、预警风险，由‘事后追责’向‘事前预防’转变。”</span><span style="color: green;">派驻县卫健局纪检监察组负责人说道。</span></p>
