<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">深圳市人民医院宝安医院项目位于<strong style="color: blue;">宝安区沙井街道，宝安大道与蚝乡路交汇处西北侧</strong>，<strong style="color: blue;">总用地面积为</strong><strong style="color: blue;">11.14万平方米</strong>。毗邻宝安国际机场、深圳国际会展中心，交通发达便利，高科技产业聚集，以打造一流“国际化、智慧型、研究型”综合医院为项目建设目标。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">根据医院方案设计，这里创造了一个医院与城市和谐共生的新范式。<strong style="color: blue;">住院病房楼采用“U”形结构</strong><strong style="color: blue;">，远离地铁高架，沿场地边界依次布置，与科教行政楼形成富有韵律的空间序列。</strong>弧线形裙房建筑语言，沿主干道形成舒展的城市界面，彰显区域医学中心独特气质。整体建筑呈现前低后高的阶梯状布局，低区建筑形成自然的隔音屏障，营造静谧的住院康复环境。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">方案设计构想了一个多层的景观系统，为医患创造了多向度的疗愈空间。院前城市公园以宽广自然空间衔接医院和城市，营造柔性院区边界。<strong style="color: blue;">“屋面生态公园”悬浮于裙房上方，集合康复配套、地域景观和设备美学设计，创新亲生物性体验</strong>。建筑立面一系列公共观景露台，为医患交流和放松提供场所。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">医院设计了主干式立体交通系统，打造慢行系统与公共交通共融的城市典范。沿场地西侧构建下穿快速交通主干道，采用单向通行原则。设置常规停车区、智慧车库和分区落客接驳平台，快速疏解各类地下车流，构建枢纽化医院交通组织模式。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">项目中充分挖掘场地几何特征，按照疾病轻重缓急原则，构建梯度式卓越中心体系。通过横连纵分策略，设计横向整合大型共享技术平台，纵向打造卓越中心集群，实现资源全域共享，服务全面支持。卓越中心以病人为中心，<strong style="color: blue;">围绕优势专科进行资源布局，打造一站式医疗服务闭环</strong>，促进临床、科研、培训、运维、后勤等多部门紧密协作，实现真正意义上的跨学科交流。</p>
