<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: green;">目前二线电池厂商“没资格卷”。“前面两个老大。谁‘卷’得动比亚迪，谁‘卷’得动宁德时代？”</span></strong></span></p><span style="color: green;">在亿纬锂能董事长刘金成看来，对于二线厂商来说，打价格战没有前途，应该回归到关注行业最本质、最基本的能力，即提高技术和质量水平。</span><span style="color: green;">同时，亿纬锂能近日也表示，今年的经营目标是精耕细作、颗粒归仓，希望建设的每一个工厂都能实现盈利。<strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: green;">在储能电池方面，努力在今年和明年把交付量排名进一步提升，且今年要开始逐步提高Pack和系统的交付比例。</span></strong></span><span style="color: green;">从2023年储能电池的出货量来看，国外机构数据显示，2023年全球储能电池出货量185GWh。从宁德时代和比亚迪披露的数据来看，两家“一线”电池企业2023年储能电池的出货量分别为69GWh、28.4GWh，占据全球储能电池出货量的“半壁江山”有余。</span><span style="color: green;">由此看来，众“二线”储能电池厂商想要在当前产能过剩、盈利承压，并且随时面临淘汰出局风险的残酷竞争局面下“突围”实属不易。不过，今年以来，已有多家储能电池企业通过加速出海、提升技术和质量水平、差异化竞争等多种方式积极探寻破局之路。</span><span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: green;"><img src="https://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz_png/VDZicQJfB972NZJVpiaDQsIiayPepJobp2v9ibJtFm6DUno3TJNIjNlZYPJWrYT8yXIueKWh1coym3PCqWFGQQia81w/640?wx_fmt=png&from=appmsg&tp=webp&wxfrom=5&wx_lazy=1&wx_co=1" style="width: 100%; margin-bottom: 20px;"></span></strong></span>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: green;">“浩浩荡荡”的出海之路</span></strong></span></p><span style="color: green;">从全球储能市场看，与中国相比，欧美、澳大利亚等国家/地区在政策、商业模式及经济性等方面的优势更为突出，也因此在储能市场规模化发展早期，中国储能电池企业便已掀起过“出海”热潮。</span><span style="color: green;">今年以来，伴随中国国内储能市场“价格战”寒冬的延续，“出海”再次成为众多“二线”储能电池厂商竞逐的重点，开年再现一波出海“小高潮”。主要涉及东南亚、非洲、日本、欧洲等国家/地区。</span><span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: green;">日本作为电力消费大国，且电价高昂，对储能的需求正加速释放。</span></strong><span style="color: green;">近日，国轩高科旗下分公司国轩日本宣布联合大和能源、CO2OS两家日本企业，将围绕日本市场储能电站开发、运维等领域展开合作。预计未来2年内，国轩高科将提供1GWh的储能电池产品。据电池中国了解，这已经不是国轩高科在日本的首个动作，去年3月，国轩高科就曾联手日本Edison Power Co.，Ltd开拓日本储能和电池回收市场。</span></span><span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: green;">非洲电力缺口较大，且稳定性较差，但拥有丰富的太阳能资源，储能发展空间十分广阔。</span></strong><span style="color: green;">力神电池近日宣布，其首个海外大型储能电池系统项目成功交付，将向非洲乍得某储能光伏电站项目供货。据悉，这批储能产品搭载的是力神电池280Ah方壳锂电池。</span></span><span style="color: green;">远景能源近期也宣布已中标非洲毛里求斯某光储项目，将为其提供72MW/258MWh的储能系统。此外，科陆电子依托其在海外电网渠道的优势，同样在积极拓展非洲地区的储能市场。</span><span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: green;">欧洲电力系统市场化程度高，储能市场发展较为充分，但仍具有增长潜力。</span></strong><span style="color: green;">3月份，天合储能与比利时知名能源公司EcoSourcen签订了合作协议，将为其提供100台10尺定制化储能电池柜，总容量达到46.592MWh，以满足全场景的光储应用需求。</span></span><span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: green;">在热门新兴增量市场——东南亚，储能市场正在崛起。</span></strong><span style="color: green;">远景能源、蜂巢能源、瑞浦兰钧等均迎来储能项目及产能落地的新进展。</span></span><span style="color: green;">今年年初，新加坡首个百MW级储能电站——裕廊岛储能项目作为出海标杆，被大众所熟知。据悉，该项目的储能系统提供商便是远景能源，采用的是远景动力提供的磷酸铁锂储能专用电芯。</span><span style="color: green;"><span style="color: green;">蜂巢能源在泰国的电池工厂已于今年2月正式投产。同时，其还与国际能源巨头万浦集团子公司</span><span style="color: green;">Banpu NEXT</span><span style="color: green;">签署了合作协议，将在锂电池组装、储能系统组装、电芯生产等方面展开更深入的合作，并将推动实现电池生产的本地化，以及将市场扩大至东盟、日本、澳洲和北美等地区。</span></span><span style="color: green;">此外，近日外媒报道，瑞浦兰钧计划在印度尼西亚建设的首家海外电池工厂，预计最快明年投产。</span><span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: green;">在加速能源转型且光照丰富的中东地区，中国二线电池厂商同样有所斩获。</span></strong><span style="color: green;">3月下旬，晶科能源宣布，其将向中东地区的Abaad工程公司交付两套20英尺集装箱，容量共6.88MWh的大型液冷储能系统“蓝鲸”。此外，还将向中东Tadiran公司提供8套“海豚”储能产品，额定容量为1.72MWh。</span></span><span style="color: green;">显然，伴随全球碳中和转型进程的加速，海外热门储能市场已不再局限于欧美。包括东南亚、非洲、日本等在内的多个新兴储能市场呈现出加速发展态势，未来将陆续释放出更多的储能需求。</span><span style="color: green;">正如远景能源储能产品总工程师钱振华所言，“海外储能市场机遇很大，有实力的玩家一定要出海”。据悉，远景在全球已布局有13个电池生产基地。</span><span style="color: green;">不过，值得注意的是，尽管中国储能电池企业已有越来越多的项目和产能落地海外，但就目前局势来看，海外各国保护政策此起彼伏、绿色壁垒日渐高筑，储能电池企业出海仍将面临较为严峻的挑战。</span><img src="https://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz_png/VDZicQJfB972NZJVpiaDQsIiayPepJobp2vD9w7ibzSMACurhsicfm6qlQs2tXFoxuPapuH32icTDXHLicdp5ibE0TrjxA/640?wx_fmt=png&from=appmsg&tp=webp&wxfrom=5&wx_lazy=1&wx_co=1" style="width: 100%; margin-bottom: 20px;">
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: green;">以技术和质量“立足”行业</span></strong></span></p><span style="color: green;">“电池厂在2023年已经出现分化，2024年将会是分水岭。”刘金成指出，“储能电池天生是长期主义，对于质量本身有很高的要求。一味采取低价策略的公司，很难击败具备顶尖制造水平的头部企业。”</span><span style="color: green;">单纯靠卷价格“卷”不赢未来，已越来越成为储能电池厂商的共识。为实现进一步降本增效，避免被行业所“抛弃”，二线电池厂商在技术方面的竞逐同样在加速进行中。</span><span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: green;">一方面，储能大容量电芯向着“更大”进军。300Ah+储能专用电芯尚未实现大规模应用，500Ah+电芯已跑步而至。</span></strong></span><span style="color: green;">据电池中国不完全统计，目前已发布500Ah+大容量储能专用电芯的“二线”电池厂商，包括亿纬储能560Ah、628Ah，蜂巢能源660Ah、710Ah，天合储能530Ah，海辰储能1130Ah等。主要应用场景包括风光配储、共享/独立储能、长时储能等领域。</span><span style="color: green;">值得注意的是，目前市场上300Ah+电芯多数仍沿用了280Ah电芯71173的尺寸规格，而500Ah+的电芯尺寸在规格上则有所改变。以亿纬锂能最新发布的628Ah储能大电芯为例，不再沿用过去卷绕的模式，而是采用了其第三代叠片生产工艺。据悉，其628Ah储能专用电芯能效达到96%，温差由不超过8℃降至不超过1.5℃。据亿纬锂能官方透露，该型号628Ah大电芯去年12月已开启国内外送样，预计今年第四季度全球量产。</span><span style="color: green;">与此同时，今年以来，300Ah+储能电芯正加速配套工商储新品。包括亿纬锂能、远景能源、鹏辉能源、楚能新能源等均有相关产品落地。</span><span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;"><span style="color: green;">另一方面，储能系统集成除了“314Ah+5MWh”的明星组合外，系统产品正朝着一体化和高度集成的趋势发展。</span></strong></span><span style="color: green;"><span style="color: green;">产品方面，比如力神新一代储能液冷一体柜；天合储能工商业储能一体机</span><span style="color: green;">Potentia</span><span style="color: green;">蓝海；南都电源可搭载280Ah/314Ah/320Ah电芯的</span><span style="color: green;">Edge L</span><span style="color: green;">系列液冷一体机……</span></span><span style="color: green;"><span style="color: green;">值得一提的是，在此趋势下，部分电池企业采用了具有长、薄特点的刀片电池技术，更适合无模组化、更易实现堆叠，在集成系统时灵活性更高，进一步实现降本增效。据了解，目前相关电芯产品包括蜂巢</span><span style="color: green;">L</span><span style="color: green;">500 325Ah电力储能专用电芯、海辰储能</span><span style="color: green;">MIC </span><span style="color: green;">1130Ah长时储能专业电芯、益佳通280Ah、314Ah短刀电池等。</span></span>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;"><span style="color: green;">当下，储能产业正“倍速”进入下一个发展周期。国内“二线”储能厂商坚持“内外兼修”，加速驶向海外的同时，更在不断打磨自身技术实力。毕竟，只有长期主义者和过硬的产品质量才有赢得未来的资格和可能性</span>。</span></p>
