<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 管好关键“人”。公司联合项目部开展安全技术管理人员专项培训与技术交底，再次强调施工技术要求、质量验收标准及施工质量控制要求，优化连续梁首件方案，全面夯实安全防线，严格落实安全制度和规定。强化挂篮及托架施工、构件起重吊装、高空作业、预应力等高难、高危作业安全交底，层层压实现场作业人员责任，做到横向到边、纵向到底。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 管在关键“时”。挂篮移动是整个过程中危险系数最大的工序，需对高速公路实行一级封道。在跨G25长深高速连续梁中跨合龙的关键阶段，考虑到挂篮前移作业耗时较长，项目合理调配时间，选择在白天完成挂篮前移作业。在凌晨1至3点，车流量较小的路况下，进行连续梁合龙。同时，为最大限度减少交通影响，项目部经交通主管部门审批，利用聚光罩、锥筒进行车道渠化，设置安全防护员及警示标志，协助交通管理部门有效梳理现场交通，确保工程顺利进行与道路交通安全两不误。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 管到关键“点”。小安溪特大桥连续梁浇筑使用的混凝土，全部由标段内产能最大的1#拌和站供应。该拌和站整体推行信息化2.0系统，对拌和站生产、运输及原材料检测进行全方位、全周期的监管，同时还运用云计算、视频监控、手机APP等手段，提升产品自动化程度，提高生产效率。拌合站站房采用彩钢瓦对搅拌机组、储料罐、上料区、料库及行车通道进行整体包裹，降低对周边环境噪音、扬尘污染。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 管住关键“心”。公司党委、项目党支部坚持聚焦工作中心至工程一线，融入项目全周期管理，形成“公司党委统领、项目支部引领、现场党员带领”“三位一体”的党建布局。成立党员、青年行动小组，设置党员先锋岗，开展企地共建，推进“党建+”融合。针对跨高速段连续梁施工，定期与不定期的开展现场巡查与安全教育培训，持续确保党建工作与生产经营的同频共振，不断提升“党建+”工作的向心力、创造力、战斗力。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 小安溪特大桥连续梁施工作业的完成，是项目重难点工程的一次重大突破，为后续移动模架现浇梁施工提供了作业通道，有效降低了建设庞大的预梁制场和大吨位运架梁设备的搭建成本，缩短了施工周期，加速推动了衢丽铁路桥梁上部结构施工。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 衢丽铁路西起衢州，东至丽水，全长160.1公里，经衢州地区连接沪昆铁路、九景衢铁路、金温铁路、杭衢铁路，东段衔接丽水地区，贯通金丽温铁路通道，形成浙江省“大花园”铁路环。建成后将成为赣北、皖南、湖北等区域的便捷出海通道，承担温州港货物集运输的重要后方运输通道，赋能浙闽皖赣四省一体化发展，对深化山海协作、拉动浙西南山区发展具有重要意义。</p>
