为高铁引入创造条件，这个铁路枢纽大施工顺利完成！
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">11月10日凌晨4时，经过1000余铁路施工人员连续300分钟的奋战，合肥铁路枢纽西侧的桃花镇线路所至竹溪站至肥西站普速场间的线路拨接、信号设备更新等施工任务顺利完成，相当于<span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;">给合肥铁路枢纽做了一次“心脏搭桥手术”</strong></span>，为<span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;">京港高铁商合段引入在建的合肥西站、与京港高铁合安段贯通</strong></span>创造条件。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">本次施工对10公里长范围内线路和车站进行Ⅱ级封锁施工，包含对桃花镇线路所至竹溪站区间进行线路拨接、道岔插铺、道床捣固，竹溪至肥西站间新增派河线路所，以及同步进行信号机更新，新增应答器及计轴设备，调整相关高铁调度台管辖区，同步修改调度软件等。本次施工重点任务之一是进行8处轨道龙口拔接，其中1号、2号龙口邻近合武绕行上行线、合武绕行下行线等繁忙的铁路营业线，施工程序复杂、涵盖专业多、施工接口多、作业空间狭小、施工时间紧、安全风险高的特点十分突出。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">为确保施工任务安全有序完成，建设管理单位合肥铁路枢纽工程建设指挥部统筹协调中铁二十四局、中铁四局、中铁武汉电气化局、中铁建电气化局、中铁上海工程局等单位分5个作业组，投入1000余名施工及配合人员、20余台挖机等机械设备进场施工；中国铁路上海局集团有限公司有关负责人和相关专业部门负责人到现场把关指导，铁路工务、车务、电务、供电、通信、高铁基础设施、大机运用检修等多个设备管理单位派出200余名作业人员和线路捣固机等大型养路设备进行配合施工。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">各设备管理和施工单位详细开展现场调查，科学制定施工方案，多次组织方案审查，协调各专业接口事项，落实各方安全责任，充分做好技术交底和营业线安全交底工作，确保施工安全正点、万无一失。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">合肥铁路枢纽桃花镇线路所至竹溪站至肥西站京港场间线路为客货共线Ⅰ级双线铁路，正线设计时速为160公里。本次施工通过对既有联络线进行改造，为京港高铁商合段引入新建合肥西站、与京港高铁合安段贯通后，直接南下江西、广东创造条件。本次施工的顺利完成，<span style="color: green;"><strong style="color: blue;">进一步完善了合肥铁路枢纽疏解联通功能，对未来减少京港通道动车绕行、方便沿线人民群众出行、促进当地经济发展</strong></span>等具有重要意义。</p>
