<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">（一）贯彻落实《交通强国建设纲要》《国家综合立体交通网规划纲要》《“十四五”现代综合交通运输体系发展规划》《加快建设交通强国五年行动计划（2023—2027年）》及其他推动交通运输重点工作需要的水运工程基础性、通用性行业标准。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">（二）加快构建安全、便捷、高效、绿色、经济、包容、韧性可持续交通体系的水运工程标准。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">（三）支撑重大工程建设，助力各交通方式一体化融合发展，促进水运基础设施质量、智能化与绿色化水平提升的相关标准。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">（四）推进“一带一路”倡议和中国标准“走出去”相关的水运工程建设标准。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">（一）项目申报实施网上受理。各申报单位应按照《水运工程建设行业标准管理规程》（JTS/T 120—2022）相关要求，认真编制水运工程建设行业标准立项申请报告，登录水路运输建设综合管理信息系统（网址：http://wtis.mot.gov.cn）注册后进行申报。网上申报截止时间为2024年8月15日，网上受理及相关事宜由中国工程建设标准化协会水运专业委员会负责。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">（二）原则上符合标准年度立项重点方向、在《水运工程标准体系》的《水运工程标准项目库》内的申报标准项目优先立项。《水运工程标准项目库》可在中国工程建设标准化协会水运专业委员会网站（网址：http://www.cwbt.org.cn）查询下载。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;">（三）申请作为水运工程建设标准项目的主编、参编单位和编写组成员应满足《水运工程建设标准管理办法》有关要求。主要内容涉及安全的标准项目且主编单位为科研机构的，参编单位应至少包括1家相关企业和1个地市级（含）以上交通运输（港航）管理部门。</p>
