“世纪水运工程”浙赣粤运河，有新进展

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">10月13日，江西鹰潭市发改委微信公众号发布消息称，<strong style="color: blue;">为加快浙赣大运河前期研究，</strong>10月12日，浙江省发改委牵头组织国家发改委综合运输研究所、中咨公司、浙江省数交院及特邀专家一行，深入鹰潭贵溪市，考察浙赣运河红卫坝枢纽（信江分界点），听取了鹰潭市信江航道运营情况介绍及相关建议。</span></p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">据中交水运规划设计院有限公司微信公众号10月9日消息，近日，浙江省衢州市交通运输局组织召开了浙赣运河前期相关研究项目专家评审会，浙江、江西两省交通运输厅、港航管理中心等相关单位代表与特邀专家出席会议。中交水规院牵头编制的研究成果得到与会专家和代表的一致肯定，顺利通过评审。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">浙赣运河前期相关专题研究项目包括线路及梯级优化布置方案研究、水资源综合利用及航运用水保障研究和基础资料调查专题研究三个专题，专题研究从运河航运水源保障及开发条件、渠化梯级衔接、用地规模及耕地保护、工程建设投资等方面进行了深入论证分析，提出推荐线路及梯级布置优化方案。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">中交水规院作为专题研究的牵头单位，并负责线路及梯级优化布置方案研究专题。本专题研究为浙赣运河通道综合规划及国土空间利用规划提供技术支撑，同时也为江西、浙江两省加快推动浙赣运河前期研究奠定了坚实基础。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">除了上述浙赣运河前期相关专题研究项目，中交水规院还承担了浙赣运河（江西段）规划研究、浙赣运河（衢州段）方案研究等。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">公开资料显示，<strong style="color: blue;">浙赣运河西连信江，从江西红卫坝经上饶至浙江常山，东接钱塘江，全长约201公里，是“四纵四横两网”国家高等级航道规划布局中“四纵”之一浙赣粤通道的重要组成部分。</strong></span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">据澎湃新闻此前报道，2021年1月初，江西省委省政府《关于推进交通强省建设的意见》（简称《意见》）全文公布，其中提到的“世纪水运工程”浙赣粤运河备受瞩目。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">根据《意见》的附件内容，<strong style="color: blue;">浙赣粤运河由赣粤运河、浙赣运河组成，</strong>其中赣粤运河规划全长约1228公里（江西境内全长758公里），规划投资匡算约1500亿元；浙赣运河规划全长约760公里（江西境内全长410公里），规划投资匡算约1700亿元。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">在《意见》的主体部分，“振兴赣鄱千年黄金水道，建设世纪水运工程浙赣粤运河，完善内河高等级航道网布局，发挥南北水运大通道优势，形成内河水运新格局”被划入了主要任务之中。</span></p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"><span style="color: green;">上述《意见》的附件资料称，<strong style="color: blue;">浙赣粤运河是“四纵四横两网”国家高等级航道网布局规划重要组成部分，对完善全国高等级航道网布局，形成内河水运新格局，高效连通京津冀、长三角、粤港澳大湾区三大国家战略区域，重新奠定江西省南北水运大通道的优势地位具有重要意义，</strong>可有效提升江西省区位优势，推动江西内陆开放型经济试验区建设，促进全省经济社会发展。</span></p>
