<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 新华社上海12月22日电（记者周蕊、周文其、马玉洁）22日，特斯拉在上海完成拿地签约，宣布特斯拉储能超级工厂项目正式启动。作为特斯拉在美国本土以外的首个储能超级工厂项目，这一布局“未来赛道”的工厂计划在2024年内投产。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 特斯拉介绍，特斯拉储能超级工厂初期规划年产商用储能电池1万台，储能规模近40吉瓦时。每台商用储能电池可储存超3兆瓦时能量，适用于可再生能源系统、峰值需求管理等多场景应用。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> “近年来，中国不断提升对外开放水平，特斯拉是见证者，更是受益者。”特斯拉全球副总裁陶琳说，中国持续对外开放的政策、先进的发展理念和良好的营商环境为企业创造了巨大机遇，中国市场是特斯拉发展的“必选项”。</p>

<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 2019年1月，特斯拉上海超级工厂开工，创造了“当年开工、当年竣工、当年投产、当年上市”的“特斯拉速度”。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> “凭借特斯拉的高效生产和精益制造能力，在上海自贸区临港新片区优质营商环境的促进下，新建的储能超级工厂项目有望于2024年第一季度开工、第四季度投产，刷新‘特斯拉速度’。”陶琳说。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 2019年至今，特斯拉在上海自贸区临港新片区的投资不断加码，不仅持续提升上海超级工厂的产能，还投建了超级充电桩工厂、上海研发创新中心等。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 2023年前11个月，特斯拉上海超级工厂交付超85万辆电动汽车，同比增长30%，这里已经成为特斯拉在全球主要的出口中心，电动汽车热销亚太、欧洲等海外地区。</p>
<p style="font-size: 18px; line-height: 40px; text-align: left; margin-bottom: 30px;"> 特斯拉的选择是中国优化营商环境、大力吸引外资的印证。中国贸促会发布的《2023年第三季度中国外资营商环境调研报告》显示，八成以上受访外资企业对中国营商环境的评价为满意以上。据中国商务部统计，今年前11个月，中国新设立外商投资企业48078家，同比增长36.2%。</p>
